Positive
Affirmations and The Power Of the Mind
When
you work with positive affirmations you direct the power of your mind
to work in a different way and with the right affirmations you're
able to direct your subconscious mind power to create the situations
you want.
Now
you can't work with just any affirmations.
The
affirmation have to be directed and focused on what you want. And
you have to repeat the affiramtions as often as you can.
You
should also create affirmations that are in some way believable so
that the mind and subconscious mind can accept them easily and so
that you get less resistance to your affirmations. Your affirmations
should also be positive and avoid any negative statements.
Once
your mind begins to absorb and accept the affirmations your subconscious
mind begins to respond by creating situations that mirror or allow
the affirmations to manifest.
You
will have to take action and not sit around and wait for things to
happen just because you say some positive affirmations from time to
time.
Your
mind and subconscious mind will accept the affirmations as fact but
they have to the right kind of affirmations and there are a number
of additional techniques that you should work with to help your mind
and subconscious mind power accept your new affirmations as fact.
By
working with positive affirmations and the right affirmations regularly
you can control and direct your subconscious mind power to create
long lasting changes.
So
think about what you want, not what you don't want. Then create positive
statements that state you have achieved what you want. This is how
you create an affirmation. Keep it simple and focused on what you
want and always keep it positive.
